2020 Season Dates: May 22 to October 26

Located on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware River, Driftstone offers spacious sites for tents, popups, trailers and motorhomes in a park like setting. Driftstone Campground has been providing family camping fun for over 50 years.

Reservations for the 2021 Season, May 14 to October 11, 2021.  Reservations 7 nights or longer will be accepted beginning Monday, November 16, 2020.  Reservations 2 nights or longer will be accepted beginning Monday, January 4, 2021.

Office hours are 8AM to 8PM Sunday, Monday through Thursday 8AM to 6PM, and 8AM to 9PM Friday and Saturday.

For the 2020 season there will be no tent or pop-up camping as campers must be self-contained with interior bathroom.  Those of you with existing tent or pop-up camping reservations we will be contacting you.  Our primary concern this season is the health and safety of our guests, staff and local community.  The Spring rate for campsite rentals will apply for the whole summer.


For the 2020 season Driftstone is implementing the following safety policies and procedures to help protect all guests and staff.

  • The swimming pool is closed for the season.
  • Both Bathhouses are closed for the season. 
  • Pumpout service is available daily.
  • Some publicly accessible recreation areas are closed until further notice.  This includes the playground, game room and the back of the barn. 
  • There are no boat trips this season, only canoe and kayak rentals available.  We encourage you to bring your own canoes and kayaks.
  • Please limit your trips outside of the campground.  We encourage all campers to bring as much of your own grocery items as possible.  Our store will still offer ice, wood, dairy and basic grocery items.
  • We will offer limited planned activities this season Friday through Monday only.
  • We ask that all campers practice social distancing and wear masks in groups or when entering a building.  
  • We ask everyone to respect whatever travel restrictions your home city/county/state has in place.
  • Camping families traveling from Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas are recommended to self-quarantine for 14 days and campers will need to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival to a campground after travel from one of the listed states.
  • If anyone traveling to Driftstone feels ill, they should stay home. 
  • If anyone traveling to Driftstone has been in proximity to someone who has had COVID-19, they should stay home.
  • If anyone develops a fever while at Driftstone, they must leave.


We remind you that choosing to camp at Driftstone this season is at your own risk.  We cannot guarantee your safety from getting infected with COVID-19 while visiting us.  You will hold harmless Driftstone, its owners, and staff if you contract the virus while staying here.  It is ultimately the responsibility of each individual to guarantee their own health and safety.  We thank you all for your patience and understanding.  We are all in this together and we will make it through this season to come out on top next year for an amazingly social season!




IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION!  Please follow the directions provided on our "Directions" page; GPS directions may not be appropriate for motorhomes and trailers. The bridge across the Delaware River between Belvidere, NJ and Riverton, PA, 5 miles south of Driftstone, has a weight limit of 8 ton and is very narrow. It is not suitable for motorhomes or trailers. There is also a sharp hairpin turn on River Road, 4 miles south of Driftstone.
